We focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care while coming to you in your assisted living facility. We understand that no two people or injuries are the same, which is why we create a custom-made recovery and rehabilitation plan for each patient.

We have been working in geriatric physical therapy settings since 2010.  After working for rehab facilities and home health settings we believe there is a gap in patient care.  Our goal is to be a consistent presence in your assisted living facility and to get to know you in order to notice a decline and prevent falls and emergency room visits.  Other healthcare providers are reacting to patient injuries such as broken bones caused by falls. By being in your assisted living facility we find ourselves in the unique position of being able to proactively address functional deficits before falls occur.  We have become known for going above and beyond for our patients. No matter what you need, we are here to help you every step of the way.
